Briana Collings joined Navigato & Battin as an associate in 2018. Ms. Collings’ represents the firm’s corporate clients in litigation involving wage and hour claims, the Americans with Disabilities Act claims, misappropriation of trade secret claims, and other business issues. She also assists them with their internal corporate needs such as drafting shareholder agreements and contracts with third parties. Ms. Collings also handles all entity formations for the firm’s clients. Integral to Ms. Collings’ practice is a commitment to determine each client’s needs and to provide personalized service to effectively and efficiently meet those needs.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Collings served as a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Peter C. Lewis (Ret.) in the United States Federal District Court for the Southern District of California. Ms. Collings similarly served as an exern for The Honorable Anthony J. Battaglia in the United States Federal District Court for the Southern District of California. Ms. Collings also worked as a San Diego County Bar Association Diversity Fellow at Sempra Energy. Ms. Collings graduated in the top five percent of her class from California Western School of Law. There, she served on the California Western Law Review as an associate writer and editor, as well as on the Student Bar Association. Ms. Collings is also licensed to practice law in her home state of Nevada.
