Briana Collings joined Navigato & Battin as an associate in 2018. Ms. Collings’ practice is highly focused on transactional matters for our corporate clients. Ms. Collings also is involved in all phases of the firm’s litigation practice, including briefing motions, preparing and defending discovery, and preparing for trial.
Ms. Collings graduated in the top five percent of her class from California Western School of Law in 2017. There, she served on the California Western Law Review as an associate writer and editor, as well as on the Student Bar Association as treasurer. Ms. Collings also was a Constitutional Law tutor and taught first year students in a writing intensive supplement course. After graduating and taking the California Bar exam, Ms. Collings clerked for The Honorable Peter C. Lewis (Ret.) in the United States Federal District Court for the Southern District of California, in El Centro. There, Ms. Collings drafted numerous opinions and bench memoranda. Ms. Collings is also licensed to practice law in Nevada.
